FlexEdge Consulting is an independent, tenant-only office space consultancy. Unlike most agents in the market, they never represent landlords or operators. Every recommendation, shortlist and lease negotiation is anchored to one objective: the best possible outcome for the business looking for space.
Their senior consultants work across serviced offices, managed offices, flexible workspace, lease advisory and relocation, sourcing options from every operator in the market, from IWG and Instant Group through to smaller independents, rather than pushing whichever landlord pays the biggest commission.

Flexible office inventory moves constantly: prices shift, spaces fill up, new locations open and others close. Before this project, keeping an accurate, browsable picture of what's actually available across London and the UK's other major cities meant manually checking operator by operator: slow, easy to get wrong, and out of date the moment it was compiled.
FlexEdge needed a website that reflected the same standard their consultants hold themselves to: independent, accurate and current, not a static brochure site that goes stale within weeks of launch.

A full website rebuild covering services, locations, sectors and team, built around FlexEdge's tenant-only positioning, with a “Get a Shortlist” enquiry flow front and centre rather than buried in a contact form.
A live locations pipeline that syncs flexible-workspace inventory from sanctioned operator and aggregator feeds, including IWG, into FlexEdge's own database on a daily schedule, currently holding over 5,750 synced locations.
The Find Spaces tool: a hand-curated shortlist of 113 live listings across FlexEdge's served cities, each checked and presented with real pricing and availability, plus a lead-gated tokenised shortlist generator so a consultant can send a client a private, trackable link to their specific recommendations.
A sales pipeline and referral system behind the scenes, turning enquiries into tracked leads with a full status workflow, plus referral tracking through to payment, so nothing generated by the new site gets lost in an inbox.
