Who are Sheeplands Self Storage?
Sheeplands Self Storage are a family-run business providing secure, easily accessible self-storage solutions. Alongside indoor units they also offer outdoor and vehicle storage, and take a community-first approach they warmly call the "Sheeplands Hug".
The problem we walked into.
Sheeplands needed a website that actually reflected who they are. The old site was functional but dated — and crucially, it didn't convey the scale of their facilities, the atmosphere on-site, or the family-run warmth they've built their reputation on.
They also needed visual assets (for web and social) that captured the size of the site and the community behind it. Still photos alone weren't cutting it.

We revamped the website with clean, conversion-focused UX — then went further and produced a bespoke aerial drone film to anchor their brand storytelling.
Responsive site rebuild
Multiple rounds of wireframing and feedback delivered a cleaner, streamlined site optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet.
Technical foundations
Lifetime SSL certificate, cookie compliance banner, reCAPTCHA V3, Google Analytics + Search Console setup. All the plumbing nailed from day one.
Calcumate + chat integration
Added a self-storage size calculator and chat plugin to boost engagement and move visitors down the funnel faster.
Cinematic drone film
Shot a bespoke promotional video combining wide aerial overviews, FPV fly-through shots, and staff interview footage — so prospects see the scale AND the people.
SEO-driven content
Built the site structure and copy around the keywords their prospects actually search — indoor, outdoor, and vehicle storage across the local area.
The drone film now powers their homepage, social content calendar, and PPC landing pages — one production asset, multiple channels.
Numbers that actually moved.
Sheeplands got more than a website — they got a content engine. Long and short cuts from the drone film feed social, PPC, and on-site storytelling.
The site now communicates the brand properly — and the drone footage gives them a library of assets that will keep working for years.
