Who are Neasden Hardware?
Neasden Hardware is a UK-based hardware and building supplies company selling a wide range of materials online. Operating in a highly competitive ecommerce space dominated by national retailers and marketplaces, their brief was clear: create a seamless website with a strong ecommerce CMS.
The problem we walked into.
Before working with Amax Marketing, Neasden Hardware faced compounding issues that limited their ability to grow online: an outdated website not built for modern ecommerce, no efficient way to manage or scale a large product catalogue, limited organic visibility across key product categories, and heavy reliance on non-organic traffic sources. They needed both a stronger website foundation and a structured SEO strategy working in tandem.

Shopify rebuild + product migration
Rebuilt the site to support ecommerce growth — handling volume while remaining easy for customers to browse and buy from. Uploaded and structured 400+ products with a scalable architecture.

Improved navigation and category structure for both usability and SEO. Replaced an outdated CRM and improved backend efficiency, creating a platform designed to scale with future product growth.
Blog management
Search-led content targeting high-intent hardware and building-supply keywords, strengthening category and product pages with supportive content that improves visibility, authority, and new-user acquisition.
Category page optimisation
Optimised and expanded key ecommerce category pages, SEO-focused, conversion-aware copy targeting commercially valuable keywords, with improved internal linking to relevant products and blogs.
Guest posting & link building
Secured high-quality backlinks with natural anchor text aligned with product and category keywords. Over 3 months, 54 new backlinks were acquired, significantly improving domain authority.
